Add compatible add-ons
Import a manifest and manage enabled services without exposing personal URLs.
Options depend on your plan, profile, installed build and provider. Understand access. Screenshots use fictional demonstration data; a preview layout can differ slightly from a public build.
#Understand the boundary
M3ufy can use compatible Stremio-style manifests for supported catalogue/stream/subtitle functionality. Not every add-on feature is supported, and installing one does not grant content rights or a subscription. Use sources you are entitled to access.
#Add a manifest
Open Settings → Services & connections → Add-ons.
- Choose Add an add-on.
- Enter the compatible manifest link supplied by the service. Avoid copying a website landing-page URL instead of its manifest.
- Confirm and wait for the add-on details.
- Check the enabled state and the catalogue/source results it provides.
A manifest URL can contain a personal token or API key. Keep it private; do not use it in documentation screenshots or public reports.
#Enable, disable or remove
On an existing add-on row, OK toggles it. Holding OK removes it. Disable first when diagnosing an issue so you can compare without losing the configured link. Removal is not a cancellation of a paid subscription to that external service.
#If an add-on is empty
Confirm its manifest is reachable, configuration is complete and the service supports the requested type/title. External service outages and account limits are separate from playlist guide errors. Build and plan limitations can also affect availability.
