Personalise Sports from your phone

Follow teams, order sports and competitions, hide unwanted fixtures and configure kick-off reminders online.

In your browserm3ufy.com/link › Choose your TV › Sports
Before you start

Options depend on your plan, profile, installed build and provider. Understand access. Screenshots use fictional demonstration data; a preview layout can differ slightly from a public build.

#Choose the correct device

Sign in at m3ufy.com/link, open My Devices → Manage for your TV, then select Sports. In This device mode, open Sports after device sign-in. On a phone, the section selector may be collapsed.

  1. Check the selected TV before changing preferences.
  2. Turn on Show the Sports page if the destination should appear on that TV.
  3. Enable Matches on the Home screen if you also want the live-match row on Home.
  4. After changing preferences, return to or reopen Sports on that TV.
Keep in mind

Changes save as you go. Watch for Saved or an error. You do not need to reinstall the app or redownload an entire playlist to change these filters.

#Follow and order sports

In Sports, turn on the sports you actually watch. Use Move up / Move down to put followed sports in your preferred order. Football is the displayed name for Soccer. Turning a sport off hides its fixtures; merely enabling one of its leagues is not enough if the sport itself remains disabled.

#Choose and order competitions

Select a sport in Competitions. Toggle leagues/cups and use their arrows to order them. Only major competitions suppresses lower divisions, youth and reserve fixtures. Only my competitions restricts browsing to your enabled competition list instead of every available competition.

  1. Enable the parent sport first.
  2. Switch the competitions you want on and the others off.
  3. Enable Only my competitions if you want that list to act as a restriction, not just an ordered preference.
  4. Check the TV’s Sports page. If fixtures disappear unexpectedly, review the parent sport, Only major competitions and Only my competitions together.
Keep in mind

These filters can overlap. Turning a competition on does not guarantee its fixtures survive every other filter or that a playable channel exists.

#Add a missing league or cup

Under Add another competition, type a league, cup or country and choose a supported search result. The added competition appears in your list; a matching supported sport is enabled as needed. Use its remove control to remove a custom addition.

  1. Type at least two characters and let results appear.
  2. Choose the exact competition, checking its sport/name.
  3. Order or toggle it in the competition list if desired.
  4. Reopen Sports on the TV to receive the change.
Keep in mind

A disabled result can mean that sport is not supported on the TV yet. Adding metadata for a league does not supply its TV rights or streams.

#Follow favourite teams

In My teams, use Find a team to search for a club or national team. Choose the exact result using its sport, league/country and badge, not just a similar name. You can follow up to ten teams. Stop following removes a team from this preference list.

  1. Search a team name such as Arsenal or Raja.
  2. Choose the correct result and check it appears under Following.
  3. Repeat for other teams, within the displayed limit.
  4. Use the × / Stop following control if you chose the wrong team.

#Get kick-off reminders

Enable Always remind me when my team plays if you want reminders for followed teams. At kick-off, the TV can offer Watch, which opens the event and searches your sources for its channel. This differs from a manually scheduled recording.

Keep in mind

The TV/app must be available and able to receive/show the reminder. Fixture accuracy, Android restrictions and source availability affect the result. A reminder is not proof that your provider carries the match.

#Hide a team’s matches

Under Hide teams, enter a team name and choose Hide team. Matches involving those hidden names are excluded by this preference. Remove the hidden-team chip to show them again. If you follow a team but cannot see its fixtures, review hidden teams as well as competition/sport filters.

#If changes or fixtures are missing

Wait for Saved, verify the selected TV and reopen Sports. Review the combined filters before starting another guide download. Team/league searches and fixtures depend on external sports data; the service can be unavailable even while IPTV channels play. Use the app’s Sports event search to find channel candidates; website preferences themselves do not identify a guaranteed working stream.
